The Marshall Liberal Government’s Home Battery Scheme is up and running, with $100 million of funding available to support 40,000 South Australian households with the cost of installing home battery systems.

Subsidies of up to $6,000 are available for eligible households to install home battery systems, which will enable them to use more of the energy generated by their solar panels while at the same time lowering their power bills.

I was thrilled to have the Minister for Energy and Mining, the Hon Dan van Holst Pellekaan, attend my recent Home Battery Scheme Forum to speak directly to interested households about the Scheme.
